Joyful.
Mindful.
Connected.
So much bad happens in our world; currently, we might feel particularly heavy, confused, overwhelmed, and panicked as we're facing the COVID-19 pandemic.
I wanted us to have this online group therapy space where we could come together, and find some moments of joy and lightness.
We'll meditate, sing, move our bodies, and practice gratitude to enhance connection with ourselves and others.
