We'll talk on the phone for about 15 minutes and explore what you'd like to work on in therapy, if we're a good fit, and fees. If we're not a good fit, we'll discuss referral options. If we are a good fit, we'll schedule a session.
Before we meet through video conferencing (e.g., SecureVideo), I'll e-mail you intake paperwork. You'll be able to fill this out, message me, pay fees, and schedule meetings through a HIPAA compliant Client Portal. During the session, we'll explore your history, presenting concerns, patterns, and coping.
These sessions will be for 50 minutes (just like the intake session). We will meet through video conferencing (e.g., SecureVideo). We will continue to explore the pain you're experiencing, your feelings of stuckness, your feelings of sadness and loneliness, and ways to heal.
Group Therapy & Ecotherapy
We will explore how group therapy and nature therapy can be helpful.
In our journey to feel more connected and present with ourselves and others, we need to be with others -- to learn and to feel supported. We also need nature, as nature helps to quiet the mind so that we can more easily connect with who we are and who we want to be.
