Online Group Therapy
Group therapy is powerful, in that it helps you find ways to relate compassionately with depression, anxiety, traumas, other uncomfortable emotions and thoughts, yourself and your body. Group will also assist you in finding joy and connection with yourself and others through mindfulness, movement, and music.
